A UK energy firm has tumbled into administration. All Seasons Energy, based in Sheffield, said in a notice on its website: “Please note that James Clark and James Lumb of Interpath Advisory were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company on 20 January 2026. The Joint Liquidators are contacting creditors and employees directly to confirm the next steps and how claims will be processed.

“If you are a creditor of the Company and have not received any correspondence from the Joint Liquidators, or if you believe that you have a retention of title claim over goods supplied to the Company, please contact allseasonsenergy@interpath.com.

“As the Company has ceased trading, we will be unable to carry out any remedial works or repairs, or to progress or resolve any existing complaints. If you have had an installation completed by the Company and are experiencing any issues that you believe require rectification, we refer you to the following insurance-backed guarantee providers who will be able to advise.”

According to a listing on the London Gazette, Liquidators were appointed on January 20.

It is described as a “Creditors Voluntary Liquidation”. In 2023, the firm was acquired by a Swedish counterpart, with the deal set to support the creation of more than 100 jobs.

Director Richard Moule said at the time that it was an “exciting period of rapid growth” for All Seasons Energy. 

“I believe Aira will take us to the next level,” he added, according to InsiderMedia.

“Aira have an outstanding drive to grow the European heat pump industry, and their plan for an on-site training facility will provide hundreds of installer opportunities and apprenticeships for Yorkshire and neighbouring counties.”

Daniel Särefjord, Aira UK chief executive, said: “We see our investment in All Seasons Energy as a crucial steppingstone to unlocking the UK’s potential for cleaner, greener homes based on low carbon technologies and sustainable energy sources such as the sun and air.”

All Seasons described itself on its website as “an award-winning solar panel, air source heat pump, and insulation installer”.

It added: “Our mission is to help make energy bills more affordable for everyone and reduce carbon emissions produced in the UK. Whether you’re looking for solar panels, an air source heat pump or insulation, we’re here to help.”

It emphasised that they could still help if a customer were from a low-income household, by securing them Energy Company Obligation funding.

“If you don’t qualify for funding,” the firm added, “we’re still here to help, and finance options are available.

“We’re fully accredited and approved installers working across England, Wales and Scotland.”
